Right to data portability

If you send us a request by using our contact form, your information from the enquiry form is saved including your entered contact data in order to process your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on the data without your exlicit consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is thus exclusively carried out on the basis of your consent (Sec. 6 Sent. 1 lit. a GDPR). You are entitled to revoke your consent at any time. This can be done by an informal notification by email to us. The lawfulness of the data processing up to the moment of revocation remains unaffected from the revocation.

The data entered in the contact form remains with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent of saving or the purpose of saving the data ceases to exist (e.g. after completion of your enquiry). Mandatory legal provisions – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.

4. Social media

Share content via plugins (Facebook, Google+1, Twitter & Co.)

The contents of our pages can be shared, in compliance with data protection, in social networks such as Facebook, Twitter or Google+. This website uses the Shariff Tool for this. This tool only creates a direct contact between the networks and users if the user actively clicks on one of the buttons.

An automatic transmission of user data to the operators of this platform is not carried out by this tool. In case the user is registered in one of the social networks, when using the social buttons of Facebook, Google+1, Twitter & Co. an information window appears where the user can confirm the text before sending.

Our users can share the contents of our page, in compliance with data protection, in social networks without complete surfing profiles being created by the operator of the networks.

We have enabled the function IP Anonymization on this website. Contract data processing

We entered into a contract with Google for contract data processing and fully implement the strict guidelines of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

Demographic features at Google Analytics

This website uses the function “demographic features” of Google Analytics. This helps to create reports about age, gender and interests of the website visitors. This data is generated from interest-based advertisement of Google as well as from visitor data from third party providers. This data cannot be allocated to any special person. You may disable this function at any time at the display settings of your Google account, or generally prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described in section “Objection to data collection”.

Youtube

The Bing Webmaster tools of Microsoft which are integrated in our website are used for search engine optimisation and do not contain any personal data. You can find information concerning the collection, processing and use of this service in the Data Protection Information of Microsoft Corporation.
